How to get past “Setbacks” through surrender.

When dealing with setbacks, leanring to surrender your feelings can be an emotional life saver. In this video we talk about setbacks with special needs kids

This video comes from an anon question about their special needs child. While I do read the question out in this video, I think it’s important to consider that some questions have a LOT of emotion to them.

This is exactly that one, where the person is often experiencing a lot of emotion that might come up and needs to be surrendered. It’s important to consider when dealing with setbacks, that its more often than not, not the setbacks that matter, but our reactions to the setbacks.

How do we feel towards it? Can we surrender to that feeling?

Can we surrender then, to the feeling ABOUT the feeling?
