The foods that we are afraid of, or feel guilt around and that is wasted energy that is dulling ourselves long term. When you confront your food demons, you’re forgiving yourself. You’re allowing yourself to go deep into your feelings, and come out the other side finding peace with the situation and the food you eat.

Weight-loss via meditation is about forgiveness and self-love.
