What people don’t do is admit their feelings to themselves.
They keep thinking if they play nice, they’ll get what they want. Sometimes this works, but a lot of the time this can be a failing strategy. Since we don’t admit how we are really feeling, often we hold ourselves back from sharing how we really feel to our friend/partner/lover what ever.
It’s worth admitting that you need help or admitting that you don’t like the situation. You’ll be rewarded by how honest you are with yourself.
