2018 New Years Resolution + Wrap Up


There is no summary written for this, you'll just have to read it and find out :)

If you know me I am a big meditator. In fact, not many people knew this, but through most of 2017 I meditated most days for around 4 hours. Where did I get the time for that? Hell.. don’t ask me, but I found it.

So, to really get the 2018 rolling, I want to give you a meditation for 2018. To really get you in-tune with your body and mind.

If there is one thing you must know about me, it is the fact I believe that everybody has the answer anyway. YOU, *|FNAME|*, have all the answers inside you for all your problems. I might be here as your coach to inspire it out of you and to help you get there faster (and a hell of a lot faster at that), but you are the one who has the answer.

When we get in alignment with our true nature, nothing can stop us. Most of our issues and problems in life come from worry, come from pain and come from anxiety.

Most other problems we do come from trying to solve that when really we are just trimming the leaves on the weed and not pulling it out from the roots. If you did that in your garden the weeds would quickly grow back wouldn’t they?

So let’s do some gardening of our mind, pull out some weeds and start 2018 the way it should!
