It is COMPLETELY OK to not be or feel enough.
What ultimately holds us back is not that feeling but our reaction to it. That we might feel not enough and react to it. We react to the feeling ultimately holding us in place because sometimes we feel like we SHOULDN’T feel that we aren’t enough.
While the truth is the feeling of enough-ness is for us and something we all deserve and probably have deep down, the feeling of enough can come (for some) after the feeling of NOT enough.
That it is COMPLETELY ok to not feel enough. That really, being ok not being enough helps us become enough.
