Hey Guys! A pretty exciting video about hunger and some of my latest revelations in my attempt to create a new area of life called Weight-loss Via Meditation. As all the layers of guilt and shame have been stripped from my relationship with food, the only thing that is left seems to be my understanding and relationship with hunger itself.
I know there is more, but for now, am I comfortable feeling hungry?

Is there a difference between true hunger and emotional hunger?
